This tool is specially designed to unscrew the metal retaining ring that holds in our most common ultrasonic discs. Just place the tool into the two grooves in the retaining ring and turn to the left to loosen.
In many of our videos we refer to a binder clip piece to accomplish this task, we have since developed our own 3D printed tool to make it easier to change the discs on any of the following diffusers...
